SUMMARY:Art Exploration Through Journaling Series February 5th
DESCRIPTION:This ongoing class invites you to explore creativity through hands-on art journaling. Each month includes two sessions. During the first session\, Stella introduces a new art technique or process\, giving participants time to experiment\, play\, and learn. In the second session\, those completed pieces are thoughtfully incorporated into a personal art journal page. While each session stands on its own\, attending both classes in a month is highly encouraged to get the full experience. This class is perfect for all skill levels and anyone looking to explore art in a relaxed\, expressive way. \nFor the month of February\, we will explore block printing as a creative process in art journaling. During the first session\, participants will learn how to create a printing block by carving or removing areas from a soft surface\, then use it to produce unique prints. This session focuses on experimentation\, texture\, and repetition. \nIn the second session\, those printed pieces will be incorporated into a finished art journal page\, allowing participants to layer imagery and develop personal expression.
